1 It is a universal truth
” The reason why I emphasize ‘working hard’ is because everything in nature is premised on living hard. When we make a little money or our company starts doing well, we have the unscrupulous idea of making less efforts or becoming lazy. It’s only us humans. There is no such thing in nature.
All the animals and plants living in nature have been surviving under harsh environments. Looking at such phenomena, I think that working seriously and hard every day is the minimum requirement that we humans need. “
→ The idea of making money easily and becoming successful easily is overflowing on the Internet and on social media. However, on the other hand, some people say that living things, including humans, exist in groups, and that individuals exist for the sake of the group.
According to this approach, individuals contribute to the prosperity of the group. The idea is that “work is a way of giving back to society, which means the group.” If work is the greatest way for us humans to give back, I think we must work hard at any job, regardless of the reward.
2 You can be more creative
“ If you devote yourself to your work every day and work hard, you will no longer do your work aimlessly.
