This is the seventh in the twelve commandments of business administration set out by Mr. Inamoroi.
The subtitle is “Management requires a strong determination as if it could penetrate a chunk of rock.”
I think the points of this principle are the following four.
- Management is the manifestation of the “will” of the top management
- Transform that will come from the top management to all employees
- Transmit with honesty and sincerity
- Complete the energy transfer
Let me explain one by one.

Management is the manifestation of the “will” of the top management
“If you have a goal, no matter what you do, the top management needs to achieve that goal .
For example, when a listed company releases its earnings forecast for the next fiscal year, which should be a promise to shareholders, so the management realizes that target.
But many companies in Japan easily make downward revisions due to changes in the economic environment.
On the other hand, however, there are some top managers who survive under the same economic environment. They are the those who can achieve their goals brilliantly.
I think that it is difficult to survive the current economic environment, which is changing rapidly, unless you are a manager who can deliver such a commitment to secure the targeted results. If you decide to become the latter type of leader, you must conduct the business management with a strong desire. ”
