We were talking about events, which we find to be the “waste of our time”. Those events are actually not totally “wastes”.
Reasons are as follows.

Inamori, before he started KDDI, started sharing his business know-how with other presidents through Seiwajuku workshop. This is volunteer work to which Inamori devoted himself. Inamori said, in Japan, there are no institutions or schools where people can learn actual business administration. He obtained many of those tips in the business administration through his actual experiments and experiences. Inamori wanted to be of help for other business leaders.
There are a lot of Seiwajuku members who made their business expanded, achieved their financial goals and still keep improving their business performance. The employees of those companies are of course, well-motivated and have been fulfilled. Moreover, they are aware of themselves to be a better person than they were at the time when the business top started learning in Seiwajuku.
What Inamori released has actually changed many peoples’ lives and generated a sort of positive energy spiral. This looks for sure wonderful.
5 Getting others’ support
Inamori said, we, business leaders, have to conduct the twelve commandments as he raised and demonstrated to them, as a sort of business motto. The next stage is to get others’ help. Those who could help you to expand your business are of course employees. In other words, your business never grows unless you can get their help.
In the higher stage of the business administration is getting God’s help. Therefore, you should first improve your personality, increase your philosophical values through disciplines, deep learnings and ethical business conduct. Then tender your employees until they are willing to support you. Finally, through all those self-disciplines, you would be able to have the Gods’ help.
So to sum up, the following are other aspects of events, which you find to be a waste of time.

I feel, in our daily lives, there are a lot of things by which we can be aware of how to get help by others, either our employees or God. Even though some miscellaneous events happen to us, when we see them with different views, we would be able to have some insights. We would be more fulfilled, complete our lives and find our lives to be very valuable.
