I feel this can be applied for us to screen the information and help us what kind of value we have to develop in ourselves, I would like to share my findings with you.

Under Kyocera philosophy, one principle said “ Simulate until we get the vivid colored image of the output. ” Although we are exposed to a lot of information, we can think carefully and simulate in our minds what the situation looks like. By doing this, we would be able to figure out the authenticity of the story.

Mr. Inamori mentioned the four thousand of history in China, especially its political system.

Business leaders may consider the following messages to be released, when they bring the business philosophy to the practice.

Even though I am still on the way, I’ll work with you to keep conducting philosophy for the rest of my life. I believe that all of you desire the growth of this company and therefore, I am here to tell you how important the philosophy is for our company’s prosperity. Young men, if you find me immature as the top leader, please get over me. Have a better mindset than mine and lead this company. This kind of replacement will not only benefit our company but fulfills your life as well. We must talk in such a humble manner. ” Mr. Inamori said.
I personally feel that it’s obvious who is working hard and what kind of mindset they have.
Among seven items to be checked, I think the philosophy parts are especially important. Under COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the US presidential election, we have been exposed to a sort of information flood. What I believe reliable are Mr. Inamori’s view, the universal rules and the fundamental value of Aikido -practical Zen-. I would like to maintain such values as my fundamental mental platform.
