8 Tips to realize your inspiration Part 2

Today, I would like to talk about the secrets to realizing inspiration, by referring to tips that Mr. Inamori*shared with members of Seiwajuku, the Inamori’s workshop.

5 Holding a strong and persistent desire embedded in your subliminal mind

“With all effort, humans have unlimited abilities. The lack of ability is just simply the demonstration that you didn’t work hard. So in order for you to make an effort, it is important to first believe that you have infinite ability. If you believe, you can continue to work until you realize the inspiration. “

→ Again, rewriting the subconsciousness is very important. Don’t succeed, don’t stand out from others, and if you think like this, you will unintentionally miss hints from God. You spontaneously act in a direction where you are not successful. Given that mechanism, it is important to pay attention to your subconsciousness, re-writing the subliminal mindset.

6 Accumulating your small but daily improvement

You need to be honest and work hard, and always be creative and think about how to improve. Keeping routine would destroy your creation, and you should deliver slight improvement in your routine.

→ I think this motto sounds understandable to people who upload YouTube every day, write blogs every day, and continue to do something every day. Continuing every day is simple but not easy for everyone to conduct. Among them, it is important to make a daily effort to make slight progress a little more than what you achieved yesterday. It’s important not to repeat the same thing as a routine. I think how difficult it is to conduct this. However, I think that ingenuity every day is indispensable for turning your inspiration into reality.

7 Looking at what you accomplished through your career

Mr. Inamori showed an episode of a Kyocera’s staff, a junior high school graduate who worked at the factory. ” He used to be in charge of painting materials on the ceramic products. There were various shapes of products, and he was patiently painting materials on ceramics from morning till night, day after day. I found him just a hard worker, diligent and patient. But in 20 years, that department, which junior high graduates belonged to, has become a very large one with billions JPY sales, and leaving a huge profit. I was very much surprised to find that the junior high graduate guy had become the manager of that department. I strongly realized that devoting us to one thing and keeping piling up efforts and progresses, practically raised people to a good business leader.

Even if it was a simple and small assignment, I thought that making ingenuity every day and trying to make progress and improvement would lead to realizing your inspiration.

8 Maintaining honest and straightforward views

There is a guy who had worked with both the founders of Sony, Mr. Morita and with Mr. Inamori. That person said. “The two of them, I am not sure if my saying following is appropriate or not, are very honest and with pure heart and mind. They are people who are good at finding the principle truth of phenomena. I also think that it’s the ultimate ability of the two leaders who cannot be compared with anyone else. ”

When humans are born with pure and innocent hearts & minds, during the growth, children have been learning how to deal with relation with others as well as with their own egoism.   People have gradually learned how to hide/ ignore/ putting aside their emotions. In other words, people forget to pay attention to their true selves. We tend to unconsciously stay away from sadness, regret, despair, shock, fear, anxiety, and all these negative emotions. This is not good to be pure and honest people again.

Releasing our emotions is an important part of eliminating mental blocks. Releasing the feelings that you have made uncovered. If you do so, you would be able to find your honesty and sincerity inside you. With a sincere heart, you will be able to thank your family and those around you. You can openly demonstrate your negative & positive feelings to your beloved ones.

It is important to have an honest mind to see things straight forward.

I think it all starts with seeing your heart and facing yourself.

Be honest with everything, including to your own heart & mind: This is the secret of success.

Great Japanese entrepreneurs know this secret.
