I had a chat with my friend Asset manager today, he said, now its not the best timing to invest into Japanese real estate. The market is in its peak. We can hardly squeeze the good return from that. All the information that I have collected from my recent research, I believe it has been the market peak, and sooner or later, it would be peaked out.
Most of investors have been bearish, haven’t they? I don’t believe that they are so bearish. What I feel that most of global investors have got prepared themselves to switch their funds to much profitable areas. This would be regional diversification, or products diversification. However, if I were a billionaire, I would do the same. Since 2-3 years ago, they have been feeling the trend and have been getting prepared to invest to the future lucrative areas. Say, one of the global investors have sold all of their real estate portfolio for past 2-3 years. This is not due to the fear towards the market clash but to their commitments to upcoming property dynamism. Recently, I have realized that the wealth management is the self discipline to improve our skills, sharpen our senses and creating dynamism. I am afraid to tell this but in that sense, Japanese players would not be able to catch up the trend.
This is the wealth creation, information does worth collecting and we should train our brain to get the better insights.
